Since last few years, I have been getting many phone calls from my friend residing in India. He has bought bottled water from many brands; however, the quality of water from these brands is not at par with the water provided by our local municipal supply (the only source available there). He tried to explain to me that the municipal supply is very old and the contamination level is very high. Since I am based in the west, the quality of water I receive is of no importance.
